Stop Negativity

Won’t we wish life can be more Positive!! Experts say it depends on us individuals, how we stay away from Negativity.

This app helps you do that!

Stop Negativity App helps you record your feelings (positive /or negative) towards everyday life. Then it helps you analyze what part of life you feel negative or positive about. It is surprising to see the data that you never thought existed (.i.e. what you feel good/bad about). It is good if you are positive about many things. For the areas which you are negative it is up to you to find reasons why you are being negative!

If you want to Stop Negativity in those areas this app will come to your help again by reminding you to stop negativity as often as you wish. It is like your inner conscious is reminding you to get away from the negative thoughts. We need this reminder because as human we tend to engross into negative thoughts without our knowledge. You can add quotes, sayings etc., that help you instantly light up, to this app! Because you know what can bring smile on your face and joy to your heart!!

Perfect Plate
We all like to eat healthy, nutritious food, but we are too busy to know if we are actually doing it. My Perfect Plate app will help us to track if we are eating or planning to eat the recommended quantity of each food group for nutrition.


How to Use?

Step 1: select ‘Add new user’ from the left menu to create your profile (if you like to add all members of the family do so by adding each member)

Step 2: use ‘Select an User’ from the left menu to select the user you want to enter information for and

Step 3: select ‘ My Perfect Plate’ from the left menu and the perfect plate image will come up. Touch any food group section of the plate .e.g.: Vegetable

Step 4: select the food you plan to eat or you already ate along with the quantity you ate. Once done, press ‘Back’ button. The app will show how close or far your plate is from being nutrition perfect.

  • The red border around the section means you're eating the food group more than recommended
  • The green border around the section means you're eating the food group as recommended
  • The yellow border around the section means you're eating the food group less than as recommended
Step 5: select ‘History’ to see your historical perfect plate information by day.

Step 6: Use ‘copy’ to copy yesterday’s food items to your today’s plate. If you like to delete few food items from the copied plate, open the ‘selected food items‘ then use ‘edit’ on the top right to delete.
You can select new item from the list as usual.

Step 7: Use ‘reset plate’ If you like to reset your perfect plate

Step 8: Use ‘Detail Food Info’ to see what items you have entered on your current plate

FAQ ( Posture Corrector Mobile App)


Who can use this app?
-          Anyone can use this app.

Why should I use this app?
-          If you are someone looking to better your posture, this app helps you do that by alerting and giving you tips how to do that. You may just want to improve posture, or recovering from an accident, undergoing physiotherapy and want to follow instructions/tips given by your therapist this is the app to help you with that.
-          If you are interested in improving posture for only one part of your body you can do so. For example: want to keep your back straight while sitting you can do that.


I bought the app, Tell me how to get started?
-          In the app.
First,  open the Setup screen, Select the Interval (.i.e. How often you want the app to alert you to correct the posture?)

Switch All Day option if you want the alert to be on all day,

If you want alerts during particular time duration of the day then select Start Time and End Time For Example: 9 am to 5pm

Turn the Vibrate option on if you like your device to vibrate when Alert shows up so you correct you posture otherwise turn is off

Use the Ringtone option of your choice for your posture corrector alert, so every time you listen to the alert you will sit up straight !

In Posture Type select overall, if you like select specific body part, whose posture like to improve select that part. For Example: Back, Leg or Hand

Posture type selected will determine the tips you receive For example: if you selected ‘Leg’ then you will select tips specific to ‘Leg’ only.

Finally, open the Scheduler tab  and turn the Notification option On. This tab has all your setup information and switching Notification option on will start the alerts and Tips.

Obviously, you can turn it Off to stop.


How can I add my own posture corrector Tips given by my Physiotherapist?

-          In the app. Open the Posture Tip tab, You will select the ‘Add Posture Tip’ option, Then you have to select Posture Type to which this Tip will apply, Then type in Short and Detailed  description of the Tip and Save it. Now you have your own Tips in the App.


How can I add my own Posture Type?

-          In the app. Open Posture Type tab, You will select the ‘Add Posture Type’ option, Then you have to write the Posture Type name and Save it. Now you have your own Posture Type in the App.

-If you are someone looking to reduce negativity in your life and want to encourage positivity, this app helps you do that by first allowing to record your feelings both positive and negative, then it goes you graphical analysis of the feelings. Gives you what are your most negative parts of life. You may want to improve negative parts to positive by this app’s positive alerts and tips mechanism.

I bought the app, Tell me how to get started?

-In the app.

First,  on landing page, if you are feeling positive then Select ‘ I feel Positive about ‘ then select the area of life that you feel positive about.

If you are feeling negative then Select ‘ I feel Negative about ‘ then select the area of life that you feel negative about.

Record your feelings every time you feel them.

When/ where can I see the graphical analysis?


-On landing page Pie chart will start building your positive/negative feelings analysis.
-You can also we line graph by selecting line graph icon on the top.

What will I get with graphs?

-Graphs will show you which part of life you are negative about and which positive about, which you can see it for a day, week, months, year.
-Graphs will give you trend how your feels are shifting towards positivity or negativity

How does app help me stop negativity?

-Once you know what you are negative about. Every time you are drifting towards it alert your mind to stop it and think of something positive.
-For that use this app to remind you with positive tip that will change your mood to positivity.
-Use Alert –Setup tab, select Interval 

How often you want the alert ?

How can I add my own Category?


-          In the app. Open Category tab, You will select the ‘Add Category’ option, Then you have to write the Category name and Save it. Now you have your own Category in the App
